We want you to feel confident in every performance, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn dancewear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, tights and undergarments cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached, ensuring shoes have not been worn on hard surfaces.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
